We have the Mid West cookie which is inspired by the Griswold Family Christmas .. drum roll please … this is a caramel and pretzel cookie with an apple pie filling and a drizzle of creme anglaise (simply put and not totally accurate - melted vanilla ice cream).
Then we have “The Buddy” cookie inspired by the movie Elf! It’s a malted cookie with peppermint spaghetti on top!! Partially dipped in dark chocolate.
